Enjoy this classic 70s property with peace, serenity & spectacular sunrises on a completely private 20 acres with amazing views of Lake Eildon and Mt Buller. Enjoy the views, bush walks, local wildlife, visit Lake Eildon only 20 minutes away.

Wake up to amazing sunrises, enjoy walks around the property, games of pool on a huge pool table or soak in the spa.

The space

The main house with 2 x queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a double/single bunk bed and two bedroom self contained apartment with all amenities attached to the main house.


There are two fully equipped kitchens with coffee machine, dining room and lounge areas with flat screen TV and videos and games for entertainment. There is a wood fire in the living room as well as reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in most rooms.

Enjoy the games room that houses a full sized pool table or just sit outside and enjoy the incredible views of Lake Eildon and Mt Buller. The games room adjoins the gym, which consists of a full upper and lower body workout machine, free standing weights, gym balls, and yoga mats.

A BBQ is available for your use also.

There is every home comfort to ensure a perfect escape. The both units can easily host up to 10 guests comfortably…

Below deck unit will not be available for bookings lower than 6 guests or without a prior request.

Other things to note

– External security cameras for your safety. Tampering with the cameras will lead to an immediate termination of your booking with no refund.

– Please note rain water in use. In case you’re not used to drinking tank water, we provide a 10l water bottle to start with, any additional water will need to be brought yourself.

– The spa is powered by extra large gas bottles. We provide one of these per visit, and we find that one bottle is normally enough to cover normal usage for 3-4 days. If additional gas is required, you can purchase refills from the Eildon Hardware store for $160Aud.

    as well as the pumping Grant Street Grocers for meals or coffee, several coffee shops, supermarket and novelty shops.

    Wineries nearby, Snobs Creek waterfall and in Winter a great stop over on the way to or from a day at Mt Buller.
