Budget apartment in spencer street!

The space

We have gone to great lengths to pack as much convenience and comfort into the little place we call home, yet still leaving you plenty of room to relax.

Everything you need in your home-away-from-home is contained within our four walls! Actually 2 walls and 2 windows!

Unlike other places, we have an in house washing machine and dryer for your personal use!

The beauty of our fair city is best experienced first hand. Walk our streets. Ride our free transport. Soak in the atmosphere of cosmopolitan Melbourne.
And once you’re done exploring? Come home. Put your feet up. Get comfortable.

Big game on here or interstate? Watch it on Foxtel Sports.

Mum’s birthday back home? Video call in house via wifi.

Need an urgent pick-me-up? Coffee & Tea provided in the cupboards above the sink.

Or just enjoy a good night’s sleep, a clean bathroom, and your own in-room laundry facilities.

    Where you’ll stay

    West Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
I’m sure you’ve heard the news already – Melbourne is one of the world’s most liveable cities. Whatever it is that you need in order to satisfy your soul, it can be found in my hometown.

“Burger Boys – Craft Beer and Burgers” are just up the road. Near the corner of Little Lonsdale and William Streets, they serve exactly what the name suggests. Typical Melbourne style eatery by day, bar by night. Further up Little Lonsdale Street you will find “Gami Chicken & Beer”; South Korean fried chicken at its best, with a drinks menu to rival some of the best going around. “90 Secondi” can be found between Southern Cross Station and Etihad Stadium, for an experience befitting a city filled with more Italians than most cities in Italy. Or if you just want a quick, cheap and filling meal, go for the Chicken Curry Don at “Don Too”, 330 Little Lonsdale Street; $6.90; tasty as.

If Melbourne coffee is what you’re after… well, there are no fewer than 38 cafes in a 1 block radius. Look for a La Marzocco coffee machine with Mazzer grinders and chances are the brew will be of significant quality – you can’t really lose in our city! Some of my personal local favourites include “Brother Thomas” at 350 William Street and “Frances Food & Coffee” at 245 Franklin Street near the Queen Victoria Market.

Local pubs include “The Mint” (corner of William and La Trobe St) and “The Metropolitan Hotel” (corner of William and Little Lonsdale St), almost staring each other down. And to enjoy your drinks while watching sport, try “The Savoy Tavern”. These are classic watering holes with simple menus and a nice variety of drinks on offer.

Live music; breakfast/brunch; fine dining; live and televised sport; fashion; history.

Let me know whatever it is that you’re looking for, and I will help you find it nearby!

    Getting around
Free public transport right out the front thanks to the Melbourne Free Tram Zone.

Victoria’s largest train terminal, Southern Cross Station, is just down the road. Best of all, trains now operate 24/7 over the weekend. Simply head to the station, pick up a MiKi card (Melbourne’s public transport pass) and get moving! (Don’t forget to top it up – instructions are everywhere once you get to the station).

Taxis and Ubers swarm the city streets at all times of the day.
